What you can record
Everything you tell Brin, and everything your devices recorded, on one timeline — with what is coming up next.

Everything it holds
Life events
Twelve categories: legal, medical, injury, illness, therapy, work, social, family, travel, exercise, admin, other.
Private titles
Titles are optional and stay on your phone. Titles never leave the phone. If you turn the Connected Coach on, only the category travels with your question — so you can record that something happened without the app, or anything it talks to, knowing what it was.
Check-ins
How an event actually felt, in your words. Only you say what it meant.
Supplements and medication
Schedules, doses, adherence, label parsing, a product catalogue, and literature lookup via Europe PMC.
The hour, not just the dose
Each row shows when you usually take it, and one tap logs the whole routine at the moment you tap. Timing is part of the intervention.
Workouts
Sessions from any device plus hand-logged training, with distance, pace, steps and climb where they were recorded.
Recovery sessions
Saunas, plunges, naps and breathwork — kept out of training load and measured by what followed instead.
Measured breathing
Guided paced breathing with live beat analysis, scored on the HRV change it actually produced.
Manual readings
Blood pressure, lab results, and anything a device didn’t send.
Recorded, then measured
Anything you log becomes something Brin can measure against. It compares each action with the same time of day on your ordinary days, so a fall that would have happened anyway is not credited to it — and reports plainly when something made no measurable difference.
Breathing has made no measurable difference to your activation across 6 times — the results sit within the noise.
